Guests are welcome to enjoy the following areas of the apartment: the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, elegant dining area, luxurious bedroom, and the well-appointed bathrooms. Additionally, you have access to the generously sized balcony with stunning views. For your convenience, you can also take advantage of the building’s amenities, including the gym and pool. The property will only accommodate the number of adults specified in your booking confirmation. Any additional guests not included in the reservation will not be permitted. Each guest is required to present a valid form of identification at the time of check-in and after the reservation has been made.

We kindly ask that you leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived. Check-out is scheduled for 12 PM on the final day of your stay. If you wish to check out at a different time without prior mutual consent, a call-out charge of AED 200 will apply.

Please note that failure to adhere to these policies may result in a penalty fee for any damages incurred during your stay. Please be advised that a replacement fee of AED 500 will apply in the event of a lost access card.

Security Deposit:

Monthly stay AED 1,500.
Weekly stay AED 1,000.
Nights stay AED 500.

The deposit is refundable, post-checkout, provided the property is in good condition, allowing for normal wear and tear.

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; however, you are welcome to smoke in the designated outdoor areas.

In order to maintain a tranquil environment, parties or events are strictly prohibited within the apartment.
